MOONG DAL PAKODA RECIPE.
Moong Dal Pakoda is a spicy Indian fry made with moong dal, soaked for about 3 to 4 hours and mixed into a thick paste. This moong dal mixture is then delicious with ginger, salt, chaat masala, spring onion greens, onions, coriander leaves and green chilies. These ingredients give these pakoras a spicy and tangy hint, which makes it even more delicious. These moong dal pakoras can be served with green chutney, garlic chutney, sweet tamarind chutney or curd chutney. INGREDIENTS MOONG DAL PAKODA
          Mung Dal 1 1/2 cups
          Green onions 1/3 cup
          Cumin 1 teaspoon
          Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
          Green chili 1 teaspoon or as desired
          Ginger 1 teaspoon
          Salt 1 teaspoon or as per taste
          Oil for frying 3 cups
INSTRUCTIONS MOONG DAL PAKODA
For preparation

STEP1: Soak the Mung Dal in water for two hours. Grind the soaked mung lentils coarsely.
STEP2: Finely chop green onions, green chilies and coriander leaves. To make Moong Dal Vada. Add the remaining ingredients like green chilies, fresh chilies, fresh coriander, ginger, cumin, onions and salt to the coarse PC Mung Dal. Now mix it well.
Now the moong dal is ready.
STEP 3: Heat oil for frying vada in a pan. After the oil is heated, fry all the vadas one by one. Wada until the yak is not golden.
Moong dal is ready to be served. Serve hot moong dal vada with coriander chutney or tomato ketchup.
