1 cup washed urad dal
1 cup yogurt
1 piece Asafoetida
2 tsp Coriander Chutney
2 tsp red chutney
2 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin roasted
1 tsp chili
Salt to taste
Method of preparation - How to make Dahi Vada
To make curd vada, first, take urad dal and keep it clean. Now take the lentils in a vessel and soak them in water and keep them for a while.Now separate the water from the lentils and grind the lentils finely in a grinder. Take the lentils in a bowl and whisk well for a few minutes.
Add salt and asafoetida to it and beat well again.
Take a pan and put oil in it and keep it on the gas for heating. Now spoon each mixture into the pan and fry the vados. Likewise, prepare vadas of all the mixture.
Now remove these vados on a plate and wait for them to cool down. After cooling, put water in a vessel and it will become soft.
Now squeeze them out of the water to separate the water from the Vado.
After doing this, take a plate and add 3-4 vadas in it, add curd, green chutney, red chutney, salt, roasted cumin, red chili powder, etc. You can also add some more curd on top. Your delicious and wonderful curd vade is ready.
