- Chicken - 1 kg
- Basmati rice - 500 grams

- Ginger paste - 1 tsp
- Mint - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
- Green chili - 4 (cut into 2 parts)
- Coriander leaves - 2 teaspoons (finely chopped)
- Salt - as per taste
How to make Chicken Biryani
To make Chicken Biryani, first of all, stir the chicken thoroughly 3-4 times with water. And keep it aside.Now remove the rice and soak it in water for 10 minutes.
Now take a pan and place it on the gas for heating. Put 4 spoons of oil in it and heat it. After the oil is hot, add cumin seeds to it, after the cumin seeds are roasted, peel the long, bud chilies, bay leaves, cinnamon, phulkachri and small cardamom.
After all the spices are roasted, add chopped onion and fry it till it becomes golden.
To this, add ginger and garlic paste and fry it.
Now add chopped mint leaves to it and after a while, add chicken pieces and salt to it.
Stir for 5 minutes, after that cover it for a while.
Now keep a separate vessel on the gas, heat water in it for rice.
Now put the rice in the chicken and stir it for 2 minutes. And then cover it by adding hot water to it.
After 15 minutes, open it and garnish it with green chili and green coriander and keep it on its own.
