  • Paneer 500 gms

  • Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato crushed 2 healthy
  • Tomato/tomato puree 1/4 cup
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  • Fried onions 1/2 cup
  • Ginger sliced into 1 inch long thin strips
  • Fresh coriander chopped 1/4 (one fourth cup

Method Paneer do pyaja recipe

Step 1: Heat a deep non-stick pan and add two tablespoons of oil to it.
Step 2: Cut two onions in half. Then make two parts and open the layer.
Step 3: Heat two tablespoons of oil in another non-stick pan. Add big onions to it.
Step 4: Add cumin seeds, small cardamom, and two sliced onions to deep pan oil. Fry until the onions turn golden. Cut two-inch triangles of cottage cheese.
Step 5: Fry large onions until they turn golden and remove from heat. Add garlic paste and ginger paste to a deep pan, fry, and add two tablespoons of water.
Step 6: Add tomatoes and tomato puree and mix. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chili powder.
Step 7: Mix well and cook until the oil comes up. Then add the paneer triangle and mix well with the spices.
Step 8: Then add cream and mix. Add salt and mix. Now add garam masala powder, large brown onion pieces, and half a cup of fried onions.
Step 9: Now add chopped ginger and coriander leaves. Mix everything lightly.

Serve two paneer pyaja immediately with tandoori, roti, naan, and paratha.
