Dal Eating lentils is very beneficial for health, as protein is found in abundance in pulses. Which is one of the essential nutritional elements in the development of our body. Dal Tadka Recipe Ingredients
- Masoor Dal - 2 tbsp
- chana dal - 2 tbsp
- moong dal - 2 tbsp
- urad dal - 2 tbsp
- ghee - 2-3 tbsp
- whisked curd - 4 tbsp
- whole spices - 2 bay leaves
- Cinnamon -1 piece
- large cardamom - 1
- clove - 2
- black pepper - 7
- cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- asafoetida - 2 pinch
- ginger - 1 / 2 teaspoons
- green chili - 2 finely chopped
- cumin seeds Fear - 1/2 teaspoon
- turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- red chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- salt -as per taste
- coriander - 2 -3 tablespoons (finely chopped)
Dal Tadka Recipe Process
1. To make Dal Tadka Recipe, first clean all the pulses (masoor dal, chana dal, moong dal and urad dal) and wash and soak for an hour.
2. After this, separate the lentil water, then heat the ghee in a pressure cooker and add cumin, asafetida and fry it.
3. After roasting cumin, add whole spices (bay leaves, lentils, cloves, black pepper and big cardamom seeds) and fry them with finely chopped ginger and green chillies.
4. Then after frying the whole spices, mix turmeric powder in the cooker, then add the pre-soaked lentils in it and while stirring for about 2 minutes, add water and salt after frying, cover the lid and put the lid on low flame for 2 minutes or a whistle Cook till it comes.
5.After this for make tadka add oil in spret pun cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder to and fry it and then add to the pre-cooked lentils. Mix it.
6. Now after mixing the tadka, cook the dal again on a low flame till it boils.
Now switch off the flam and server it with coriander you can eat dal tadka with roti and rice.
