·        1 whole chicken cut into pieces of your choice
·        ½ cup thick curd
·        2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
·        2 teaspoon garlic paste
·        2 tablespoons ginger paste
·        1 teaspoon cumin powder
·        1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
·        ½ teaspoon pepper powder
·        8 cloves powder
·        8 cardamom powder
·        2 teaspoons salt or as per taste
·        Ghee or oil for painting
·        2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves
·        Onion, cucumber, Tomatoes to garnish

Method: HOW TO MAKE Tandoori chicken.

Step 1
In the running water, wash the chicken pieces 2-3 times very well. With the help of a knife, cut all the pieces of chicken in several places or snip it inside. In a vessel, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, cardamom powder, coriander powder, clove powder and salt very well.

Step 2
Paint the prepared mixture very well on the chicken pieces. Cover the chicken in this manner and keep it in the fridge for at least 1 hour or all night to marinate. Take it out 1 hour before cooking so that it comes to normal temperature.

Step 3
Now prepare the OTG oven for roasting or roasting which you like. Now if you are using little or big oven then put all the chicken pieces on the oven. Paint the chicken pieces with oil or ghee. Cover the oven and let the chicken roast well.

Step 4
Turn the chicken pieces in 3-4 minutes so that they do not get burnt from any side. If you want, you can snatch the chicken pieces with a sharp thing or knife in the middle so that the chicken is fully cooked inside and out.

Step 5
Now we'll roast the other chicken pieces as well. Now place the tandoori chicken in a serving plate with chopped onions, cucumber and tomatoes. Garnish with finely chopped leaves of tandoori chicken coriander and serve hot. You can serve it as bread or snacks of your choice.
