Korma is a dish originating in the Indian subcontinent, consisting of yogurt or dahi (curd) or meats or vegetables with cream, water or stock, and thick chutney or glass with spices prepared.   • 01 cup- Curd
  • 03 (chopped) -Onion
  • 05 Nos. -Green Cardamom
  • 05 pieces- Cloves
  • 03 pieces -Large cardamom, black cardamom
  • 02 pieces- Bay leaves
  • 02 sticks, -Cinnamon
  • 03 teaspoons, -Red chili powder
  • 02 teaspoons, -Coriander powder
  • 01 teaspoons, -Turmeric powder
  • 01 teaspoons- Chicken Masala
  • 1/2 tsp -Garam Masala Powder
  • 02 teaspoons- Garlic Pest
  • 02 teaspoons- Ginger Pest
  • 01 big spoon (chopped)- Coriander leaves
  • 04 tablespoons -Oil
  • Salt - as per taste.


Method of preparation of Chicken Korma: How to Check Chicken Korma

Now heat a teaspoon of oil in a frypan. When the oil is hot, add onion and fry it till it becomes golden. After this, cook the onion and put it in the mixer with a little water and make a paste.
