Butter Garlic Naan

When you eat naan with paneer masala and dal fry, it tastes even tastier,

Ingredients: to make Butter Garlic Naan Recipe at Home

One and a half cup maida
1 cup wheat flour
Half cup curd
One and a half tsp dry yeast powder
Salt to taste
10-12 cloves of garlic (crushed)
Green coriander (chopped)
1-1 tablespoon butter and oil
For stuffing:

1 cup cheese (grated)
Other material:

2 tablespoons garlic (chopped)
Butter (for serving)
A little dry flour (to shatter)

Method: How to make Butter Garlic Naan Recipe at Home


Mix all the ingredients to knead.
Add water as required and knead the dough and keep it covered for 2 hours.
Take a medium-sized dough and roll it with 1 tsp stuffing.
Apply water on one side of the naan with a brush and pour it on a hot pan.
Burst the chopped garlic and press them lightly.
Bake the naan on low heat.
Then reverse the pan and bake the naan from the other side on direct flame.

Serve hot naan with butter. and your favorite dishes.
