Bombay (MUMBAI) Veg Sandwich Recipe:

Bombay Veg Sandwich Recipe is a Veggie sandwich recipe. Veggie sandwiches are a portion of popular street food in Bombay, served mainly with boiled potatoes and other vegetables.Apart from this, these sandwiches also include Mumbai Sandwich Masala and Mumbai Sandwich Chutney. Perhaps, the Mumbai wedge sandwich was extremely popular by street vendors, but today it is also served in posh restaurants.

Material: for Bombay Veg Sandwich·        8 bread slices
·        1 beet boiled, peeled and thinly sliced
·        1 large sized tomato, finely chopped
·        1 large sized onion, finely chopped
·        1 large sized potato boiled, peeled and sliced into round pieces
·        1 small cucumber thinly sliced
·        3 tablespoons Mint Coriander Chutney
·        4 tbsp butter or as required
·        2 tsp or more sandwich masala / chaat masala
 
Instruction: How to make Bombay Veg Sandwich

Step 1: Apply some butter on it. Then spread a spoonful of coriander mint on top of the layer of butter.

Step 2: Arrange some potato slices and sprinkle a little sandwich seasoning over it.

Step 3: Place 2 cucumber slices and 2 tomatoes slice and sprinkle a little sandwich seasoning over it.

Step 4: Then place 2 onion slices and 2 beet slices and sprinkle 1/4 tsp sandwich Masala/chaat masala over it. Cover it with other bread slices and press lightly.

Cut into pieces and serve immediately with peppermint sauce or Tomato ketchup.
